About Ahimsa Yoga
Founded on 5th of October, 2019, Ahimsa Yoga Malaysia is a platform to promote love, kindness and compassion through Yoga. Women, men, pregnant ladies, elders and even children (4-12 years old) can learn and exercise yoga here. We hope that by practicing yoga, we will help everyone:
- improve flexibility, strength and posture;
- have better all-around fitness;
- lose weight;
- release pressure;
- improve sleep;
- have adequate breathing methods to get enough oxygen; and
- become happier, etc.
To ensure our students to learn the best and correct yoga practices, all of our instructors are experience and certified by the recognized bodies including Malaysia’s Ministry of Education, Yoga Alliance and Malaysian Association of Yoga Instructors.

Pregnancy yoga takes care of the expectant mother who has to stay happy, fit and healthy for the baby in her to grow wonderfully. This is your opportunity to learn ways to coach and guide them throughout their pregnancy while nurturing the baby in the womb.
The Pregnancy Yoga Instructor Course consists of specialised interactive and therapeutic techniques to help mothers-to-be sail through their pregnancy and meet their crucial moment at the delivery ward with a clear mind, positive outlook, total confidence, dexterity and super inner and outer strength.
This is the avenue for you to acquire specialized interactive and practical techniques to coach pregnant ladies throughout the different phases of pregnancy so you can confidently experience the joy of teaching two – both mommy and unborn baby! Feel the extended joy when you help create this special bonding between mommy and baby (even before birth)

The best time to start prenatal or pregnancy yoga is after 14 weeks of pregnancy

- Pregnancy Yoga (Every Sunday 3pm-4pm except public holidays).
- We charge one-time registration fee of RM25.
- Customers can choose attend the class at our center or through online via Google Meet.
- Offline class is RM120 per month (for 4 sessions)
- Online class is RM99 per month (for 4 sessions)
