First Malaysian to certify in interpreting infant's routine cries from Dunstan Baby Language, Sydney.

Well-versed in infant calming technique to not only stop the crying but to help baby sleep better as well. First Malaysian to also certify from The Happiest Baby Education Association USA under this program.

Certified in basic sleep training from Sleepsmart Education Australia to help with common sleep issues in older babies and toddler.

Completed study in Infant mental health and development foundation program from The Wonder Weeks Academy. Understanding how mental development affects a baby's sleep and behaviour will enable parents to face challenges with peace in mind.

Services including home visit consultation, in house consultation, on-line consultation, classes and talks.

  • Personal Consultation With Follow Up RM300
    - Price includes a couple
    - Eligible for expectant parents, parents/babysitter/child caretaker of a 0-3 months old baby ONLY.
    - Minimum session of 2 hours
    - 1 copy of Mengapa Bayi Anda Menangis book
    - 2x case 'follow up' via Whatsapp/ Email/VM/Video Call
    - Couple admission to FB close group online class with lifetime unlimited access to study materials for revision purpose.
    - Sessions can be held in Baby Cry Support Center, TTDI Grove Kajang or at client's premises. Travelling charges apply for location from 20KM and above.
  • Personal Sharing Session (Without Follow Up) RM180
    - Price includes a couple
    - Eligible for expectant parents, parents/babysitter/child caretaker of a 0-24 months old baby
    - Minimum session of 1.5 hours
    - Couple admission to FB close group online class with lifetime unlimited access to study materials for revision purpose.
    - Sessions can be held in Baby Cry Support Center, TTDI Grove Kajang or at client's premises. Travelling charges apply for location from 20KM and above.
  • Online Consultation RM80
    - Price includes a couple
    - Eligible for expectant parents, parents/babysitter/child caretaker of a 0-24 months old baby.
    - Minimum session of 1 hour
    - Couple admission to FB close group online class with lifetime unlimited access to study materials for revision purpose.
    - Sessions can be done through any platforms : Phone call/ Skype/Video Call/ Messenger Call.
  • Guest Speaker RM150
    - Suitable for talks, antenatal class, seminar and small group/private event.
    - 1 hour session with extra 30 minutes Q&A session
    - Travelling charges apply for location from 20KM and above.

Servis yang terbaik, sangat sabar melayan customer beliau. Ilmu mengenai baby language amatlah limited dan tak semua parent kat luar sana yang faham kenapa baby mereka menangis especially from 0-3months. Bila parent tak faham, tindakbalas mereka terhadap baby juga akan salah menyebabkan baby overtired dan makin susah diurus. Overall, sangat2 berpuashati dengan ilmu yang dikongsi. Tidak lokek ilmu. 😊😊
