I was always fascinated about birth and even more so after experiencing it myself. For me giving birth was the most beautiful, miraculous and joyous experience in my life.
I have always believed that giving birth is the most natural thing and my body would know what to do. I was fortunate that all of my 4 pregnancies and labors were easy. Reflecting on my births, I now realise with more information and a better support team I could have achieved an even more satisfying and empowering experience.
With my passion as a certified HypnoBirthing Practitioner, it is my privilege to support you on this life-changing journey.
