About Renee Chan
Dr Renee Chan is a doctor and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant® (IBCLC®) at Mara & Marco Lactation. She believes that breastfeeding is one of the most wonderful first moments you share with your baby. Everyone has the right to have their own breastfeeding bonding according to their lifestyle, be it pumping or direct breastfeeding. With that in mind, she provides comprehensive guide to breastfeeding and fully supports breastfeeding families as a whole.
Dr Renee Chan specializes in the clinical management of breastfeeding issues, ranging from basic breastfeeding questions to complex breastfeeding issues. She has been a trusted partner to my clients with overcoming the particular breastfeeding challenges they face, helping them to achieve their breastfeeding/bottle/pumping goals.

Antenatal Breastfeeding ClassClasses can be done in groups or one-to-one (husbands/partners are welcomed).
Sign up for a customized & tailored antenatal breastfeeding class/consultation in the early 3rd Trimester to discuss any baby feeding concerns & breastfeeding plan. We can help with:
• Common breastfeeding problems & how to avoid or overcome them
• Antenatal expression and storage of colostrum
• Diabetes, PCOS, breast assessments
• Overcoming previous breastfeeding challenges
• Re-lactation & induced lactation for surrogacy/same-sex parents/adoption -
Infant Feeding Consultation RM180Duration varies · RM 180/hour, RM 90 for subsequent hours if needed
- Optimising positioning, milk transfer and infant growth - Mixed and formula feeding support, including expressing and storing milk - Tongue-tie assessment and management -
Maternal Breastfeeding Consultation RM1801 hour and over · RM 180/hour, RM 90 for subsequent hours if needed

- Breast engorgement, pain, low supply, oversupply - Mastitis, breast abscesses, blocked ducts, thrush, vasospasm, dermatitis - Return-to-work planning including expressing and storing milk, the introduction of bottles, gentle weaning
