About Tan Ye Ting
Simple Balance Nutrition is a dietetics and nutrition consultancy founded to help family with all things feeding and nutrition. YeTing is a Dietitian, mom of 3, and the founder. She has over 11 years of experience working directly with clients to improve their health, nutrition status and achieve their wellness goals.
She is particularly passionate about educating and empowering parents how to confidently feed their children using simple, practical and evidence-based approaches so they can feel good about raising a healthy eater and improve picky eating. Her current service include 1:1 nutrition consults, teaching online nutrition courses, public health talks, nutrition workshops, and more. To date, she’ve written 2 cookbooks feature 100 family-friendly recipes.

My mission is to raise future healthier generations through good nutrition. I aim to empower parents to make good choices by teaching them how to be comfortable with nutrition and create a simple, balanced and healthy lifestyle in their own home. We help parents and communities in Malaysia to become more knowledgeable about nutrition and enable children to build a healthy relationship with foods and make healthy choices every day.
