Service and facilities it is absolute top notch.

the attendant are attendtive to detail, everything is hassle free( when you go hospital for baby follow up), just grab your baby & they will prepare bottle nappies water , milk powder ready.
Best part is on the meal itself. It is highly customize-able. taste is great
massaging service, yoga service and photoshooting service is available too.
the gym n pool can be enjoy by husband but MCO so the facilities is closed for usage.
In short is a 5 star hotel with confinement facilities at Bukit Mertajam with only 1/3 of KL price same standard

Pader Lee , sent on 29/09/2021超超超级推荐的一家月子中心。服务超棒，环境更是超令人满意的，食物也不错吃。真的很谢谢这里的每一位客服，工作人员及nanny，你们让我感觉不像在月子中心坐月子的感觉，有种在家做月子温馨的感觉。因为这里的每一位都相处得像家人了。虽然是短短28天的相处，但每天都是开开心心，有说又有笑的，还认识了很多知心的妈妈，跟妈妈们已经是无话不谈。怕妈妈们无聊，月子中心也尽量安排给妈妈可以互动又有趣的活动，如中秋节一起做月饼，一起油画等等。防疫的SOP 也做到让妈妈跟宝宝住得安心及舒适。太多有趣的事真的无法一一细说，最后真心的想跟他们每一位说谢谢您们让我宾至如归的感觉，希望待疫情稳定之后，还有缘再聚一聚。
